Just for the case that I want to vote on an online voting; What district should I ahve to use? I am sure I have no district right here...
is the district important or just for the statistics??

Andre, by choosing a district it dictates which of the district directors gets a copy of your vote. I guess in your case it doesn't really change much since you're not in any district per say. Maybe Kevin has a preference, but I'd say go with 2 since the Director in that district (Juice) knows who you are.
