*if you are getting a message that your account is BLOCKED or PENDING when signing on, it is because we have not yet received or processed your payment for 2011 Membership. You will not be able to login for online voting until your payment is processed.

* junior members can not vote, thus they can not register on the website for online voting.

- Some features such as online voting require that you be registered on the site. Registration MUST be done using a VALID Email address and your VALID IMPBA number. Any missing or invalid information will result in your registration being refused.

- All registrations WILL be checked and validated, so keep in mind that you may not be able to login to the site immediately after registering. *It can take up to a week for us to process your registration, so don't wait until the last minute!

- Membership Application and Registration to the site are two different things! You must be a valid and paid-up member to register to the site.
